• American Foundation for the Blind: AFB is the leading publishing company for information regarding blindness and visual impairments. Their website includes excellent information for parents and people who are visually impaired. Two highlights on their website are “Family Connect” and the “Braille Bug”http://www.afb.org  
• American Thermaform: American Thermoform Corporation (ATC) has been providing supplies, equipment and excellent customer service to our market for almost 40 years. Paper for Braille Embossers, Braille Writers, labeling material, poly covers, and various types of Embossers are all in our family of fine products. http://www.americanthermoform.com  
• APH: American Printing House for the Blind manufactures braille, large type, recorded, and computer disk publications, and an assortment of educational and daily living aids. http://www.aph.org/ 
• Arctic Technology: Features WinVision Screen reading Software, VisAble, and Zoom Video Telescope http://www.artictech.com 
• Audio Games. Net: Website specializing in computer games that are in audio format. Games can be downloaded via this website. Some games are free, others are shareware. Games should be previewed before students play, some adult content is in a few of the games, but a content rating is reported for each game. http://www.audiogames.net 
• Autism Collaboration: Website containing several links to Autism organizations.http://www.autism.org  
• Bookpals Storyline Online: Recordings of movie stars and famous people reading books like Stellaluna and Knots on a Counting Rope online, sponsored by the Screen Actors Guild. http://www.storylineonline.net

• CAPVI (the California Association for Parents of Children with Visual Impairments) is the California affiliate of NAPVI, the National Association for Parents of Children with Visual Impairments. http://www.capvi.org  
• California School for the Blind (CSB) – Downloadable Manuals for Braille Notes, Braille’N Speaks, and Computer Technology Skills. From CSB’s homepage, scroll down to CSB Technology Program - Updated Curriculum Guides (New March 2006) a new page will open. At the bottom of the page will be the following links. • Crayola: You know, the crayons. They also have a website with several games and activities for children. Great website to help young children discover enjoyable leisure/recreational activities, develop motor skills, and begin to use the computer. http://www.crayola.com

• Dancing Dots: Specializing in Music - Provides GoodFeel software, promotes literacy for the blind musician by automating the transcription of braille scores; automatically converts Line Notation and MIDI files to braille.http://www.dancingdots.com

• Enablemart Technology for Everyone: Features several hardware and software that allow access to computers for people with a variety of physical disabilities. Used in many regular education classrooms, schools, and in businesses. Smart Board technology uses a large white touch tablet that mounts on a wall.
