The Perkin-Elmer Elan-DRCe inductively coupled plasma is a double quardupole mass spectrometer with a reaction cell that is designed to eliminate polyatomic species in the gas phase. The instrument can be coupled with various sample introduction systems that are in our lab or in the department (e.g., a direct injection high-efficiency nebulizer and ion chromatography system).
