All students of California State University, Los Angeles may be eligible for membership. Faculty, staff, and alumni of CalState LA, as well as non-students may be considered for non-voting membership in this organization. Only currently enrolled or continuing students of CalState LA may be voting members.

Download the application form (this is a PDF document and requires the free Adobe Reader), print out a hard copy, fill it out and place the completed form in the PPSA mailbox in the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department (6th Floor, Physical Sciences). Options of membership payments are as follows:

  • Annual Membership: $20.00

  • Quarterly Membership: $5.00

  • Faculty Membership: $20.00

We kindly ask that you pay the membership fee to the current treasurer at the next general meeting. Membership fees are directed towards supplies, transportation, and special events necessary for the improvement of the Pre-Pharmacy Students Association.
