What’s next for college grads entering the workforce?

Cal State L.A. holds Spring Career Fair Tuesday, Apr. 28

Los Angeles, CA –  With 11.4 percent of the Los Angeles County workforce jobless according to the California Employment Development Department, what does the future hold for Cal State L.A. students who graduate this June ready to begin their professional careers?

Their immediate future holds the Spring Career Fair at Cal State L.A. Tuesday, Apr. 28. Journalists are welcome to interview Cal State L.A. students who will be networking with the participating employers. Learn about the students’ current job prospects and the career plans for those graduating this spring. The event will be held 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on the University’s Main Walkway.

Available as news sources, Cal State L.A.’s Career Development Center (CDC) staff members can offer job search tips and career advice to college grads job hunting during this bleak economic time. CSULA career counselors can also share opportunities that are available in the current job market.
